  Usually a pretty good place.
  
  We walked in ordered food before work. My friend wasnt feeling a sandwich so he got ziti.
  She out everything on the tray and pasta on the edge. Hot piping pasta.
  
  Ok so i take the tray and she goes NO NO NO let him take it. Pointing at my brother to get it. We were wasting for one more thing.
  
  I said ok he takes it. We go over to the table and he put it on the table and the pasta slides off the tray because it was on the edge and goes on the floor !!.
  He walked up and told her this and she said "too bad buy a new one"! NOT MY FAULT.  You want to buy another one?? He said " no you had it on the edge of the tray and the top was melting and steaming hot. And it slid off the tray as i out it down" she said BUY Another ONE. As the food sits there on the floor at the table. They wouldnt even clean it up. We all have food at the table. You disgusting pig!! Let us clean it up or you.

  He said, I'll clean it up and she said "no leave it ". She was mean,rude and had a bad attitude. My roast beef sandwich was blood red.  I heard two people make complaints while we were there.
  
  You know honey you just lost maybe 30-50 customers because of your rudeness. We had 5 people there. And our families all went there, WENT there. Our colleagues go there. Now we will blast you on every page we can. Your ignorance is disturbing.
  
  If I were you, I would of just made a new one . What did it cost you .30 to make two cups of Ziti?? Are you customer orientated?? Dont you care about who walks through your door??  
  Was it worth losing so many customers???
  Over ,50 cent ziti??

  We ordered this evening and then unexpectedly had a death in the family. When on the phone trying to cancel about 5 min after we placed our order, the woman on the phone accused me of lying and said it was "convenient" of an excuse and that "if we had been at hospice, why were we ordering food". How awful that we had a tragedy occur, and we were met with accusations of lying. We always order from Mikey's, and have never had any issues. Incredibly disappointed and will not be ordering from this establishment again.

  So i ordered a steak and cheese and peppers.  What I got was steak no peppers and minimal cheese.   really
  I'm very frustrated and was so looking forward to it but it was not good.
  I'm sorry I will not be back
